Alongside being the owner and Clinical Director of Restore Empower Perform Physiotherapy, I work as a Senior Physiotherapist at the UK Sport Institute, supporting GB athletes across both the Olympic and Paralympic pathways. I am also a physiotherapist with British Athletics, providing care to athletes at the highest level of performance.
My work has taken me to major international competitions, including the Athletics World Championships and the 2024 Paralympic Games, where I have delivered physiotherapy support in high‑pressure, world‑class environments.
My Treatment Approach
My approach is holistic and person‑centred. I look beyond the site of pain to understand the full picture—identifying the underlying causes, contributing factors and barriers to recovery.
Each session is designed to move you closer to your goals. You can expect:
- A clear diagnosis and explanation of your symptoms
- Hands‑on treatment to reduce pain and improve movement
- A progressive, tailored exercise programme
- Education and advice to help you manage your injury and reduce the risk of future injury
- Advice and guidance on your training programmes, identification of common training errors seen within sports injuries.
My aim is to empower you with the tools, confidence and understanding you need to return to the activities you love and perform at your best.
