With over 25 years’ experience, I have worked in the NHS, private hospitals, and sports injury clinics, and I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
I am a keen advocate of empowering individuals to help themselves and teaching effective strategies that use movement and strength to ease symptoms and improve their overall condition.
I am passionate about helping the people I treat and enjoy working collaboratively with individuals to help them achieve their personal goals.

My treatment process
I take a holistic approach, looking at the person as a whole — their body and their current circumstances — rather than focusing solely on the area where symptoms are felt. After taking a detailed history and carrying out a thorough assessment, I aim to provide a clear diagnosis and explanation for the symptoms, along with a plan to get the individual on the road to recovery. This includes a progressive exercise programme tailored to their needs, as well as hands-on treatment when needed to provide symptom relief.
